Final Grading for Spring 2024 opened on April 22. Information about submitting final grades can be found on the Office of the Registrar webpage.

On April 25, 2024, the Board of Trustees approved revisions to the following:

• University Policy 102.13, Tenure Policies, Regulations, and Procedures
• Academic Procedure: Procedures for Resolving Faculty Grievances (Arising under Section 607(3) of the Code of the University of North Carolina)
• Academic Policy and Procedure: Faculty Workload

Revisions to University Policy 102.13, Tenure Policies, Regulations, and Procedures and Academic Procedure: Procedures for Resolving Faculty Grievances (Arising under Section 607(3) of the Code of the University of North Carolina) were approved by the Faculty Council on March 28, 2024. Revisions to Academic Policy and Procedure: Faculty Workload were approved by the Faculty Council on January 18, 2024.

In August, UNC Charlotte will implement Concur for travel and expense management. This change supports the need to streamline university travel and expense processes while ensuring policy compliance. Concur will be available to most faculty and staff starting Thursday, August 1, 2024. Rest assured, we are fully committed to providing comprehensive support during this transition. More information, including details about town hall sessions and training, will be readily available on the Concur project page to ensure a smooth and successful adoption of the new system and minimize disruption as much as possible. We will continue to update the campus community as plans are finalized.

The virtual program supports your customer discovery process as you start to speak with industry and potential customers. Upon successful completion of the program, you are eligible to apply for the $50,00 NSF I-Corps Teams grant. Applications are currently open and are reviewed as they are submitted, closing May 10.
