Best Practices for Holistic Faculty Review

Are you a department chair or are you on the unit or college review committee? This workshop is for you! Join us to explore best practices to review reappointment and tenure dossiers. As your units gear up with RPT reviews, Legal (Sarah Edwards), UrbanCore (Holly Middleton), and the Center for ADVANCing Faculty Success (Tehia Glass and Andrea Dulin) will provide colleges and departments the opportunity for College and Unit Review Committee member training.  The sessions discuss the legal requirements and roles of each member of the review process, best practices in review, as well as some ways to think about the role of community-engaged scholarship and how to document the assessment.
