The UNC System Office is offering a special online workshop through the Constructive Dialogue Institute for UNC System faculty on Foundations in Constructive Dialogue and will cover enrollment costs for up to three faculty members per institution. Faculty should indicate their interest in participation via this Google form by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026

The Charlotte Core is recruiting Faculty Reviewers to rate student work aligned with the Critical Thinking and Communication Competencies. This work will occur on May 18 & 19 for one competency and on May 20 & 21 for the other. Faculty will be paid a $500 stipend for their work over the two days (9 am to 3 pm). If you would like to be considered to participate in either of these processes, please complete the 2026 General Education Faculty Reviewer Application.

The Office of Undergraduate Education is seeking faculty participants for the AI-Integrated Curriculum Academy, a six-week, “Build-as-you-Go” summer program running May 18 to June 26. Participants will receive a $1,000 stipend to develop classroom-ready materials, including syllabus policies and redesigned assignments that intentionally integrate Generative AI. The program is primarily asynchronous and includes mentorship from Faculty Fellows. Applications are due by March 26.

Atkins Library and the Charlotte Parent Organization are hosting a drop-in event to help connect campus caregivers with resources for themselves and their families.

Visit a variety of stations around the library to learn about services, spaces, and support available to students, faculty, and staff who care for children. Pick up a card at check-in and receive a sticker at each location you explore. After visiting the stations, join us in the Visualization Lab for storytime and snacks! Register to attend here. Registration is encouraged but not required.

Services include studio-based recording in a fully equipped on-campus facility and field production for on or off-site demonstrations, interviews, labs, and simulations.

Faculty work directly with a dedicated project lead to plan, record, and produce media aligned with course objectives. Projects are delivered ready for integration into courses, designed for clarity, accessibility, and student learning success.

Getting started is easy: submit a Media Request form and collaborate with the team to plan your project for the upcoming semester. Let us help you transform your course content and enhance the learning experience for your students.
