Course and Program Deadlines for 2021-2022 Catalogs

This is a reminder to start submitting course and curriculum proposals. The earlier you start, the more likely the proposal will reach final approval in time for publication in the next Catalog. Only timely course and program proposals will be included. For more information visit Course and Curriculum Deadlines and FAQs.

Deadlines

  • October 31, 2020: Start deadline for ‘Course Revision’ proposals (launched in Curriculog and approved by Originator)
  • December 31, 2020: Start deadline for all course and curriculum proposals (launched in Curriculog and approved by Originator)
  • March 15, 2021: End deadline for ‘Course Revision’ proposals (must reach the Banner Step in Curriculog by this date to receive Fall 2021 effective term, be available for Fall 2021 registration, and appear in the 2021-2022 Catalogs)
  • April 30, 2021: End deadline for all new course and new/revised curriculum proposals (must reach the Banner Step in Curriculog by this date to receive Fall 2021 effective term and appear in the 2021-2022 Catalogs)
  • June 1, 2021: 2021-2022 Undergraduate Catalog published online
  • June 15, 2021: 2021-2022 Graduate Catalog published online

  • Monday, October 26, 2020: 4:00 – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday, December 15, 2020: 1:00 – 2:15 PM
