During University Convocation, we heard that some faculty with documented needs were unaware of the process that is in place to address concerns about in-person classes. While department chairs accommodated many of the needs of faculty that were known in spring when the class schedule was built, circumstances can change. We want to make sure that everyone is aware that the process in place directs faculty to bring their health-related concerns, whether their own or their family member's, to Cindy Edwards in Human Resources. For those with documented needs, Cindy will work with Academic Affairs to make adjustments in course delivery.
With best wishes for a successful semester,
Joan F. Lorden
Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs
