Faculty Invitation: Open Pedagogy Incubator

The UNC System Open Education Group is inviting interest from faculty instructors for the Open Pedagogy Incubator. The Incubator program supports faculty in adopting open principles to create more student-centered courses through a series of workshops, facilitated discussions, and curated readings, and participants will complete the program with a clear process for implementing open pedagogy in their courses. The program is modeled on NC State’s Open Pedagogy Incubator. The synchronous virtual program will launch in the second half of the fall 2023 semester and continue into the spring 2024 semester. Join us at a virtual information session on September 1, and visit the Open Pedagogy website for more information about the program and to apply. Expressions of interest will be accepted until September 18, 2023.
