Legal Affairs Training: Navigating University Travel
Join the presenters for a review of information and resources for employee travel on University business and arranging student travel on domestic field trips. We will review the basics of University Policy 602.7, Travel Authorization & Reimbursement, and how to submit travel authorization and expense reimbursement requests through Concur, as well as additional travel protocols related to international travel. We’ll also discuss the proper steps to follow for risk management and compliance when engaging in field trips (domestic course-related travel) with students.
